Maybe love is better the second time around, which is probably why Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are getting married again tonight (after their previous phony-baloney hookup in Mexico last year). But one thing that definitely isn’t better the second time around: the payday from celebrity magazines for “exclusive” wedding photos.

This time, Spiedi reportedly got a small-change offer only from second-tier mag OK! and will instead sell pics to all the mags nonexclusively, trying to make up the difference in volume.

Does any celeb have a good relationship with paparazzi?

True fact: The average celeb totally gets along with the paparazzi. Not everybody is Madonna. Heck, a star-shootin’ source told me this week there’s one li’l target they consider their queen: Miley Cyrus.

They give her room. They wait down the street, not right outside the house. They say “hello” and “how do ya do” and she says “hello” right back. Working out for her, donchathink?

They absolutely love publicity, and last night (April 22) Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted smiling for the cameras on their date night.

The “Hills” lovers looked very lovey-dovey as they left Don Antonio’s Mexican Restaurant in Westwood following a romantic dinner together.

As for their reality show costars, everyone’s buzzing about Heidi and Spencer’s upcoming nuptials this weekend. Audrina Patridge told press, “They’re two peas in a pod… I can’t see either of them with anyone else.”

Brody Jenner concurred. “They just work together. There’s a lot of people out there, you never know if you’re going to click with them or not, and they seem to click and that’s all that matters … Obviously, it works out for them, and I’m happy for them.”

One “Hills” resident who won’t be attending the ceremony is Lauren Conrad. She said, “I’m not planning on going. It was very nice of her to invite me, but I think she didn’t’ really expect me to come.”

Out promoting their hit MTV reality series, the stars of “The Hills” were front and center at the ArcLight Cinemas as part of PaleyFest09 in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 21).

Joining in on the fun were Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port, Stephanie Pratt and Lauren Bosworth, as well as the always-hunky Brody Jenner.

Among the highlights of the night’s Q & A session was a big spoiler, as Miss Conrad confirmed that Spencer admits to instigating the sex tape scandal.

“We actually have it on tape,” LC tells. “He takes responsibility and apologizes for it.”
Getting a little love from the audience, one fan told the gathered cast members: “I feel like I know you all so well. I keep looking at you and feeling like you’re going to recognize me.”

She’s been in the news every day since her controversial answer during the Miss USA pageant – and it’s no secret Carrie Prejean is sticking by her answer.

A former Miss USA winner and promoter of Carrie Prejean, however, is Shanna Moakler, who has decided to take to her blog to clear of few things up since Sunday night’s competition.

Ms Moakler says, “First, I want to be clear on the fact, that I have NOT and will not abandon our reigning Miss California, though I have a STRONG difference of opinion, I do NOT hate her, nor do I have any issue with her stating her opinion, she is not the first conservative christian titleholder to be in pageants. I agree with the majority that this IS what makes our country great and that is of course freedom of speech. She was asked a questioned and she answered it.”
The blog ended with Shanna adding, “I do however want to apologize to the men and women who have continually supported the Miss California USA pageant. I know some were hurt and felt a sense of betrayal, but I thank you for your understanding, communication, love and continued support. “

Though they both have quite the busy schedules, Heidi Klum and Seal always seem to make sure to be side-by-side with their three children during the holidays.

And this Easter Sunday was no different, as the happy family was spotted returning to their Soho hotel after spending time together in New York City.

Upon arriving back to their Big Apple digs, the group exited the car one-by-one, with Seal carrying Johan while nannies tended to the other tykes.

Recently professing his love for his lady, Seal told press: “She’s my best friend… She keeps fun in my life. I’m the luckiest guy in the world, that I have someone who keeps everything light and keeps reminding me we really have the ability to laugh at life.”

Salma Hayek carried a sleepy Valentina through LAX on Friday. The girls are frequent jet-setters with Francois-Henri being based in Paris, though Valentina doesn’t seem to let their travels interfere with her napping schedule. She’s pretty precious and even Prince has taken notice. One of the songs on his upcoming album is titled “Valentina,” with lyrics that compliment Salma’s curves. He and Salma have been pals ever since she directed one of his music videos a few years ago and she apparently left quite the impression.
