Does any celeb have a good relationship with paparazzi?

True fact: The average celeb totally gets along with the paparazzi. Not everybody is Madonna. Heck, a star-shootin’ source told me this week there’s one li’l target they consider their queen: Miley Cyrus.

They give her room. They wait down the street, not right outside the house. They say “hello” and “how do ya do” and she says “hello” right back. Working out for her, donchathink?

This is rich. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are getting married
tomorrow, and they are deeply concerned about safety — so they are trying to keep the paparazzi at bay. Of course, we’re not buyin’ what they’re sellin’.

We got our hands on a flyer sent around the Pasadena neighborhood where they will be tying the knot. The flyer asks residents to sign a petition, allowing the Heidi and Spencer crew to shut down some of the streets and sidewalks for “an untitled reality TV project” — otherwise called the wedding. BTW — the person who is listed as the line producer produces “The Hills.” Why so misleading, Speidi?

Now here’s the best part: They want No Parking signs on a strategic street “to discourage paparazzi from parking and hiding out in their cars” — they say for safety reasons. Excuse us, but isn’t this the couple that courts hordes of paparazzi to follow them on every street in Hollywood? Could it be they want to restrict paparazzi because it’s more lucrative for them if the pappers don’t get the shot? We are such cynics.

And the final sweet touch — in making the request to the neighbors, they say they will be filming “interior and exterior dialogue” at the church. For normal people, those are called wedding vows.

UPDATE: We’re told the neighbors surrounding the nuptials have signed off for all the necessary permits. Wedding on!

Continuing her aspiration to branch out into film, Beyonce Knowles was spotted at the premiere of her new flick “Obsessed” last night (April 23) in New York City.

The “Crazy in Love” songstress looked absolutely stunning in a strapless black sequined minidress with matching heels as she posed for the paparazzi outside the School of Visual Arts.

And it sounds like Beyonce is interested in keeping the link between Hollywood and Broadway alive. In a recent interview she revealed her desire to land a theater gig.

“It’s my ideal job! I’ll be able to go to the theater every day and drop my kids off and maybe make some food – maybe I’ll know how to cook by then – and then go do what I love and have some normalcy and have a regular schedule. I definitely want to do Broadway!”

She’s always been a fan of high-profile events, so it’s no wonder Kim Kardashian was spotted at the New York City premiere of “Obsessed” last night (April 23).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” hottie looked beautiful as she posed for the paparazzi in a cropped black jacket over a grey top with a blue skirt and strappy black heels.

In related news, Kim was laid back enough to have a laugh when she heard Eminem’s new single “We Made You,” but according to the outspoken rapper, she may be singing another tune once she hears the rest of his new album.

Em told press, “I don’t know if she’s gonna be honored when the actual album comes out. I think it’s cool that took it like a good sport. I think it’s cool when people do that like ‘Oh, that’s Em.’ … it’s just kinda meant to be taken at face value. There’s never a deeper meaning when people think that I’m doing it to … people should be f***ing used to it by now.”

Making her afternoon runs, Jessica Alba was spotted leaving a house in Beverly Hills with daughter Honor Marie on Tuesday (April 21).

The “Sin City” starlet was in high spirits, laughing as paparazzi snapped shots of her little girl playing with a pacifier attached to her necklace.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Alba was able to squeeze in a little romantic time into her schedule last night.

The brunette beauty joined hubby Cash Warren for dinner at the Ivy Restaurant, where the pair joined a few friends at the upscale eatery.

Taking a break from his duties on the set of “New Moon,” Robert Pattinson was spotted out and about around Vancouver, British Columbia over the weekend.

The “Twilight” stud carried a Starbucks coffee and bottle of water in one hand while he texted on his iPhone with the other. Talk about dexterity!

And though he’s one of the hottest men in Hollywood, Robert recently confessed that he’s not a big fan of the clubbing scene overall.

“I don’t even get into those places because I look like a bum when I go out. The paparazzi will all stand there filming me stuck outside clubs. I tell the bouncer, ‘Listen, these guys are taking photos of me — let me in!’ It happens all the time.”

She’s been putting in all kinds of hours on the set of “New Moon,” and last Friday (April 17) Rachelle Lefevre was spotted taking a break from the set.

The “Twilight” hottie looked to be in a good mood as she waved to the paparazzi on her way to grab a cup of coffee in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.

Over the weekend, some of Miss Lefevre’s cast mates were spotted out on the town, checking out some live music at The Metropole concert venue.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Nikki Reed all headed out together to catch their friend Sage Dill performing solo, graciously greeting fans and posing for pics throughout the night.

Was Madonna just horsing around?

Despite her rep’s claim that a pesky paparazzi was to blame for Madonna’s weekend fall from a horse in the Hamptons, the officers who responded to the scene said the Material One made no mention of any shutterbug involvement.

“She was a vctim of a fall from a horse. We have no mention of the paparazzi,” Officer Chris Brenner, a spokesman for the Southampton Village Police Department, tells E! News. “We got a call that the subject fell off the horse and treated it as an aided case.

The call came in at 4:24 p.m. Saturday and, per standard operating procedure, Southampton’s finest showed up to assist emergency medical personnel.

“Above complainant was a victim of fall from horse. Unknown injury. Bridgehampton Fire Department/ambulance responded and transported to Southampton Hospital,” said Brenner, quoting the police report.

That directly contradicts the statement to E! News from longtime Madonna spinmeister Liz Rosenberg, who said a photographer “jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer,” spooking the horse and causing the spill.

She’s no stranger to a globe-hopping lifestyle, and earlier today (April 20) Sienna Miller was spotted arriving at Hotel Rome in Berlin, Germany.

The “Factory Girl” actress kept her head down to avoid the paparazzi and looked stylish in a black and white top with black trousers, an animal print scarf and a pair of red and black ankle boots.

Coming up this summer, Miss Miller will grace the cover of Vogue, despite her bad experience with editor Anna Wintour back in September of 2007.

Apparently Miss Wintour wasn’t a fan of the “Edge of Love” actress back then, as she “complained she is too ‘toothy’ and the other staff are worried she has too many fillings.”

Getting in some father-daughter bonding time, Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Raywere spotted taking their family dogs for a walk yesterday afternoon (April 12).

The “7 Things” songstress looked springtime stylish in an aqua blue shirt over a white tank top with slim fit jeans and distressed brown leather boots as she smiled for the paparazzi.

Earlier in the day, Miss Cyrus joined her mother Tish on a juice run, stopping into Robek’s to pick up some fruity beverages after church.

As for her newly-released flick “Hannah Montana: The Movie,” Miley definitely didn’t disappoint with a $34 million dollar opening weekend landing her at #1 in the box office.
